Terms of Service

We work with buyers to understand their needs. If we are out of a product or do not carry a product you would like to purchase, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to find a replacement. This information can also help us recruit more producers that can grow to meet your needs.

Buyer Guidelines:
Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce and other products, and we require our producer to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that since our farmers strive to use more sustainable growing practices, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".

We will also have a category of "imperfect" or second grade produce. These are food grade, food safe but esthetically not "grocery store" grade. This will be clearly indicated in the product description.

Payment policy:
Accepted payments include COD or ACH. Credit approved buyers can pay on a 7 day term using purchase orders.

Fees:
Delivery fees are charged to $3 for all clients on delivery routes less than 10 miles from the warehouse. Other customers are charged $6 or up to $10 for locations more than 15 minutes off of our delivery routes. Delivery fees are waived for orders above $500.
Packaging:
Most fruits and vegetables are packed in a perforated plastic liner in a plastic crate rather than wax boxes. The benefits are significantly less waste, and less space taken at the restaurant as only the vegetables in the liner are left at final delivery.
