Meet our wonderfully, hard-working producers who are helping to transform our local food system.
By selecting the producer name you can learn about their specialties, grown practices, and background. Some of our producers are single person operations, while others are family businesses, and a few are cooperatives. Despite the scope of their operation, ALL of our producers have one thing in common...a love for what they do, a passion for producing high quality food, and they too BELIEVE in the importance of a thriving local food economy.
We are also starting to work with small family producers from around the world that can produce items not available in our region. We know these producers DIRECTLY. We call this our "Globally Local" items. Examples are Plymouth Springs Fish Company sustainably farmed trout from Wisconsin, West Virginia hand-harvested salt from the an ancient ocean below the Appalachian mountains in the Kanawha Valley at J.Q. Dickinson Salt Works.
